Equipment Overview
1. This line is mainly used for automobile balance bar processing. It is an automated production line consisting of automatic loading, testing, cold bending machine, water burning quenching machine, tempering furnace, oiling machine, punching, discharge part, and transfer part. The equipment automatically completes the loading, cold bending, quenching, tempering, oiling, punching, and discharge process. The operator only needs to take the finished product and inspect it at the product exit.

3. It adopts PLC and touch screen control, with a combination of manual and automatic control functions. When manually, each step can be decomposed into actions.
